■Product Introduction: [Niigata Caramel Le Lectier] is a caramel flavored chocolate wafer made with delicious ingredients from Niigata Prefecture. The cookies are baked with a mixture of domestic(Japan) wheat flour, Niigata Koshihikari rice flour, Niigata honey, and other ingredients. The cookies are sandwiched between [Caramel Le Lectier Chocolate] and [White Chocolate].

The Le Lectier is a top-class variety of pear that is well-known as a representative fruit of Niigata. The sweet flavor of the Le Lectier powder is combined with caramel and made into chocolate.

Niigata Prefecture is a “rice-producing” prefecture, producing the largest amount of rice in Japan. Rice flour from Niigata’s Koshihikari rice is used in the cookie dough to create a crispy texture (Koshihikari  is known as the king of rice in Japan).
